Haleigh offers different options for 1:1 coaching to find the best way to help you reach your goals. You can choose to focus on skin only or go all in and tackle all of the aspects of true wellness.

3 Month Skin and Wellness Program

  • Zoom Calls every 3 weeks lasting 30-60 minutes
  • Calls will address Haleigh's Pillars, see below
  • Skin and healing TAKE TIME - if anyone says you will be "cured" in 1-2 weeks, they do not understand how skin works (ie. acne usually takes 4-6 weeks to even BEGIN healing!) - this is why a program is recommended versus a one time call.
  • Stool testing must be purchased before starting the program. Once results are in, the first call will be scheduled. The test will be ordered separately through a laboratory company that accepts credit cards and FSA/HSA. Please note there are restrictions for NY/NJ/RI with functional testing.

Skin Care

After a thorough history is taken, a skin regimen tailored to your needs and concerns is created. There are many companies and options available which can be overwhelming. What works for one person may not be the best option for you.  Our individualized calls will ensure selected products are working for you with the ability to change if needed.

Detox

There are multiple aspects of detox we will be working on. First, we will make sure what contacts your skin is non-toxic. Second, we will do the same with your home products and environment. Don't stress! This can easily be tackled with different approaches so that you can - and will - be successful. We need to decrease your toxic load which then decreases your inflammation.

Gut Health

Your gut health is so important to your skin and overall health. We will work together to balance your microbiome in order to optimize your wellness goals. A stool test will be done to detect parasites, bacteria, fungi, leaky gut, and more, including how you are digesting your food. This will help tailor a treatment plan specific to you - take out the guess work and the expensive, potentially not needed, supplements.

Nutrition

The more we learn, the more we recognize the importance of food. A variety of whole, real, organic, and pasture raised foods are important. It's time start reading those ingredient labels! "Intermittent fasting" can also be really helpful, although sometimes that traditional 8/16 is hard to follow - 12-14 hours of fasting is still beneficial!

Mindset

One of the most important factors to health - mental health. Stress has such a significant impact on our overall health. Working in dermatology, I have seen stress cause acne and rosacea flares and hair loss. If we continue to stay in a fight or flight mode, we will never truly get control over our health: even if we do everything else perfectly!
